2.1 By accessing slotgo.win, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the slotgo Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms, together with all documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and slotgo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
2.3 slotgo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 16 for the full amendments policy.
2.4 These Terms are written in English and apply to all Players irrespective of their geographic location within the Philippines, including but not limited to Manila, Metro Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and Makati.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use slotgo. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. slotgo strictly enforces this requirement through its KYC verification process. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using slotgo. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an Account will be forfeited and returned only to the verified payment source used for the original deposit, after deduction of any winnings.
3.2 Jurisdiction. slotgo is intended for use by Players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using slotgo is lawful in your jurisdiction. slotgo makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on slotgo at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.
3.4 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
3.5 Not a Self-Excluded Person. You confirm that you have not voluntarily excluded yourself from online gaming platforms and are not subject to any court order, government directive, or PAGCOR prohibition that would prevent you from using slotgo.
4.1 Registration. To use slotgo, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a strong password, and any additional information requested during registration. You must keep this information current and accurate at all times.
4.2 KYC Requirement. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, all Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing funds. KYC requires submission of:
4.3 KYC Verification Period. slotgo will endeavor to complete KYC verification within one (1) business day of receiving all required documents. slotgo reserves the right to extend this period where document review is complex or where additional documentation is required.
4.4 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.
4.5 Deposits Before KYC. Players may deposit funds and access games prior to completing full KYC. However, withdrawal of funds is not permitted until KYC has been successfully completed. slotgo recommends completing KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotgo login credentials (username, mobile number, and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
5.2 slotgo will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request is indicative of a phishing attempt. You must report it to slotgo immediately.
5.3 You must notify slotgo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. slotgo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the breach was caused or enabled by your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
5.4 slotgo may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including but not limited to SMS one-time passwords (OTPs) for logins from unrecognized devices, session inactivity timeouts, and IP-based access restrictions.
5.5 You must log out of your slotgo Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. slotgo is not liable for losses arising from failure to log out on shared devices.
6.1 slotgo accepts deposits via the following supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the slotgo Wallet section.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name and linked to your verified Philippine identity. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts registered to another person) are strictly prohibited and will be treated as suspicious activity subject to the platform's AML procedures.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are stated within the Wallet section of your Account.
6.4 Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) may take 15 to 60 minutes. slotgo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network outages outside of slotgo's control.
6.5 slotgo reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit is flagged as suspicious or where the payment source cannot be verified.
7.1 Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds from slotgo.
7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect Players from unauthorized withdrawals.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 (two hundred Philippine pesos) unless otherwise specified. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are stated in the Wallet section.
7.4 slotgo will endeavor to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
7.5 Withdrawal requests may be reviewed, delayed, or declined where:

8.1 slotgo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published with the individual promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Where no specific terms are stated, a standard wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount applies.
8.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available only to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire seven (7) days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
8.5 Bonus Abuse. slotgo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account registration, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, arbitrage betting strategies, and exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is determined, slotgo reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the relevant Account(s).
8.6 Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value outside of slotgo's platform.
8.7 slotgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that accrued wagering progress toward an active bonus already credited will not be retroactively voided absent evidence of abuse.
9.1 Each game on slotgo is subject to game-specific rules accessible via the information panel within the game. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2 All game outcomes on slotgo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems (for RNG-based games) or by live dealers operating in real time (for live dealer games). slotgo does not manipulate game outcomes. 12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use slotgo.win solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: scrape, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on slotgo.win without express written permission.
12.3 Game content on slotgo is provided under license from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotgo's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money held in that Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.
13.2 slotgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use slotgo.
13.3 slotgo does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service provider failures may affect platform availability. slotgo is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit slotgo's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) any liability that cannot be excluded by law; or (c) death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14.1 slotgo may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where slotgo reasonably determines that:
14.2 Upon termination for cause, slotgo may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, Real Money balances will be returned to the verified payment source. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account termination for cause.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting slotgo support. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money balance (net of Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 Complaints. If you have a complaint about slotgo, you should first contact slotgo support at [email protected]. slotgo will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days. For complex disputes, a further period may be required; slotgo will notify you of any extension.
15.3 Dispute Resolution. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through slotgo's internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
16.1 slotgo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice on the slotgo platform, by SMS to the registered mobile number, or by such other means as slotgo determines appropriate.
16.2 Amended Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after the notice date, unless the amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case it may take effect immediately.
16.3 Your continued use of slotgo following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using slotgo and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
