You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for purposes based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. Where you object to direct marketing, processing for that purpose will cease immediately. Where you object to legitimate-interest processing, slotgo will assess whether compelling grounds override your objection and respond within thirty (30) days.
You have the right to receive personal data you have provided to slotgo in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible. This right applies to data processed by automated means on the basis of your consent or contract performance.
If you believe slotgo has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact slotgo's Data Protection Officer first so that we may address your concern directly before escalating to the NPC.

slotgo is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. 21+ slotgo does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. Age is verified for all accounts through our mandatory KYC process.
12.1 If slotgo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, the personal data deleted (to the extent permitted by regulatory obligations), and any funds in the Account returned to the verified payment source used for the original deposit.
